• APRIL 2018 – HOSTED FISHING TRIP TO ISLAMORADA, FLORIDA KEYS

We are looking to put together a hosted trip to Islamorada, Florida Keys towards the end of April 2018. We are aiming to keep the cost at around £3,200.00 / £3,500.00 per person – all inclusive; flights, fishing, accommodation, tips, car hire, food and drink (subject to individuals preference).

I have been fishing there for the past 15 years and it is a must do experience for all fisherman. The fishing is excellent, so many species and opportunities. The guides are first class, the Floridian people so welcoming, the food excellent and the way of life so laid back and easy.

We work on fishing 2 rods per boat for the back country fishing (although this can go to 3 if preferred) and 4 rods per off shore boat but again, this is flexible. We have arranged some great accommodation, with it’s own private beach, swimming pool and BBQ. After a days fishing, come back, have a dip, soak up some sun and then cook your catch !! It is amazing (see my blog page for the report on this years trip !)

The likely itinerary for the week would be:

• Arrive Saturday
• Fishing Sunday and Monday – back country and/or off shore (split between the group)
• Tuesday – optional day off chilling out / sight seeing
• Fishing Wednesday and Thursday – back country and/or off shore (split between the group)
• Friday – Drive to Miami for the day / night out

The above is based on past experiences and is subject to change based on the groups / individuals preference.

We have the following shoot days available at the Hele Barton Shoot (near Bude, Cornwall), to be taken either as a full team of guns or individuals / small teams making up the team of 8 guns:

• The Hele Barton Shoot – North Cornwall

• Friday 10th or Saturday 11th November – 100 bird day (£440.00 per gun, based on 8 guns or bag size pro rata to suit)
• Saturday 18th November or Monday 20th November- 100 bird day (£440.00 per gun, based on 8 guns or bag size pro rata to suit)
• Wednesday 6th December – 75 bird day (£330.00 per gun, based on 8 guns or bag size pro rata to suit)
• Saturday December 16th or 18th or 19th, subject to interest – 100 bird day (£440.00 per gun, based on 8 guns or bag size pro rata to suit)
• Wednesday 27th December – 75 – 100 bird day (price to be confirmed dependant on number of guns and bag size)
• Monday January 15th (tbc) – 50 bird day – (£300.00 per gun, based on 6 guns)

 

 

• Snipe and Woodcock Shooting

We have a few days left for some excellent snipe and woodcock shooting, complimented with an evening duck flight if preferred.

• Partridge Shooting in Spain

We can now offer some fabulous partridge shooting in Spain at superb value.

Starting at a 250 bird day (-/+ 10%), plus 1 night luxury accommodation, all food and drink, meet and greet and transfers from and to Madrid airport, licenses, permits, insurance and cartridges @ £11,00.00 inc 10% Spanish IVA. Based on 8 guns that’s only £1,375.00 per gun (or £40.00 per bird inclusive of everything !!) 

Larger days and back to back days can be organised, as well as additional nights accommodation, guests accommodation, small walked up days, boar shooting and fishing.

* What’s not included – Flights to and from Madrid and local tips. Quality shotguns are available for hire if you would prefer not to bring your own.
